  "text": "(This note is not part of the Order)\nThis Order fixes for the year 2002–2003 the aggregate amount of the housing support grants payable to some local authorities under section 191 of the Housing (Scotland) Act 1987 (article 2). The Order provides (article 3(1)) for the aggregate amount to be divided into general and hostel provisions. Article 3(2) and Schedule 1 prescribe the local authorities among whom the grants for the general portion will be apportioned. Schedule 2 provides the method of calculation. Article 3(3) and Schedule 3 prescribe the local authorities among whom the grants for the hostel portion will be apportioned and the method of calculation.",
