# The Housing Support Grant (Scotland) Order 2004, Introduction: Introductory text


HOUSING
Made 31st March 2004
Coming into force 1st April 2004
The Scottish Ministers, in exercise of the powers conferred by sections 191 and 192 of the Housing (Scotland) Act 1987 and of all other powers enabling them in that behalf, after consultation with such associations of local authorities as appear to them to be concerned in accordance with section 191(3) of that Act, hereby make the following Order, a draft of which has together with a report of the considerations leading to the provisions of the order, been laid before and approved by resolution of the Scottish Parliament in accordance with section 191(9) of that Act.
