# The Housing Support Grant (Scotland) Variation Order 1988, Article 1: Citation, commencement and interpretation


(1) This Order may be cited as the Housing Support Grant (Scotland) Variation Order 1988 and shall come into force forthwith.
(2) In this order “the Order of 1987” means the Housing Support Grant (Scotland) Order 1987 .
(3) Unless the context otherwise requires, expressions used in this Order shall have the same meaning as in the Order of 1987.
