Article 3 Apportionment of aggregate grant for 1989-90

(1)

The general portion shall be apportioned among appropriate local authorities in proportion to their estimated net expenditures assessed in the manner provided in the Schedule to the Order of 1989.

(2)

The hostel portion shall be apportioned among appropriate local authorities in proportion to their estimated net expenditures for the year 1989-90 on the provision of hostels and lodging houses.
