  "text": "(This note is not part of the Regulations.)\nThese Regulations prescribe the types of housing support services that may be provided by eligible persons using grant administered by the Northern Ireland Housing Executive and the terms and conditions relating to any such payment.\nThe Housing Support Services (Northern Ireland) Order 2002 is brought into operation on 1st April 2003 by the Housing Support Services (2002 Order) (Commencement) Order (Northern Ireland) 2003 (S.R. 2003 No. 171 c. 12)).",
