Regulation 2 Amendment to the Local Authorities (Contracting Out of Allocation of Housing and Homelessness Functions) Order 1996

The Local Authorities (Contracting Out of Allocation of Housing and Homelessness Functions) Order 1996^f1 is amended as follows.

In article 3 (contracting out of homelessness functions) after “Part VII of the Act (homelessness)” insert “or Chapter 2 of Part 2 of the Housing (Wales) Act 2014 (help for people who are homeless or threatened with homelessness)”.

At the end of Schedule 2 insert “Functions conferred by or under section 95 of the Housing (Wales) Act 2014.”
