  "text": "In section 24 (rents for occupation of local housing authority houses) of the Housing Act 1985—\n(a) omit subsections (3) and (4);\n(b) after subsection (5), insert—\n“(6) In exercising its functions under this section, a local housing authority in Wales must—\n(a) comply with any standards relating to rent or service charges which are set for it under section 111 of the Housing (Wales) Act 2014, and\n(b) have regard to any guidance relating to rent or service charges which is issued under section 112 of that Act.”",
