  "text": "(1) The following provisions come into force on the day on which this Act receives Royal Assent—\n(a) section 142;\n(b) section 143;\n(c) this section;\n(d) section 146.\n(2) Sections 132 to 136 in Part 5 (Housing Finance) come into force after the end of the period of 2 months beginning with the day on which this Act receives Royal Assent.\n(3) The remaining provisions of this Act are to come into force on a day appointed by the Welsh Ministers in an order made by statutory instrument.\n(4) An order under this section may—\n(a) appoint different days for different purposes;\n(b) include such transitory, transitional or saving provision as the Welsh Ministers consider appropriate.",
