  "heading": "Regulations about fees",
  "text": "(1) Regulations made under this Part which prescribe the amount of a fee payable by a person in connection with applications to be registered or licensed may provide that the fee is to be—\n(a) an amount stated in the regulations;\n(b) determined by a person or means specified in the regulations.\n(2) Such regulations may prescribe a different fee for different persons.",
