# The Housing (Wales) Measure 2011 (Commencement No.2) Order 2012, Article 1: Title, application and interpretation


(1) The title of this Order is the Housing (Wales) Measure 2011 (Commencement No.2) Order 2012 and it applies in relation to Wales.
(2) In this Order—
“the Measure” (“y Mesur”) means the Housing (Wales) Measure 2011; and
“the commencement date” (“y dyddiad cychwyn”) is 3 September 2012.
