# Housing (Wales) Measure 2011, Paragraph 9


In section 39 (insolvency, etc of registered social landlord: scheme of provisions), after sub-paragraph (1)(b) insert—
“(ba) for the appointment of an interim manager during a moratorium (section 43A),”.
