# Housing (Wales) Measure 2011, Section 50: Welsh Ministers' enforcement powers: general


After section 50 of the Housing Act 1996 insert—
“CHAPTER 4A
ENFORCEMENT POWERS
General
Application of Chapter 4A
50A This Chapter does not apply in relation to a registered social landlord's provision of housing in England.”
