# Hovercraft Act 1968, Paragraph 5


In section 57(1) of the Harbours Act 1964, in the definition of “ship”, for the words from “hover vehicles” onwards there shall be substituted the words “hovercraft within the meaning of the Hovercraft Act 1968”.
