  "text": "For the entry relating to the Merchant Shipping (Dangerous Goods) Rules 1965 as amended in columns 1, 2 and 3 of Part B of Schedule 1 to the Hovercraft (Application of Enactments) Order 1972, there shall be substituted the following:—\n“\nColumn 1\nColumn 2\nColumn 3\nInstruments applied\nReferences\nModifications in relation to hovercraft or activities or places connected therewith (if any)\nThe Merchant Shipping (Dangerous Goods) Rules 1978\nS.I. 1978/1543\nFor “ship” and “passenger ship” wherever those words appear, there shall be substituted “hovercraft”.\n”",
