# The Hovercraft (Application of Enactments) (Amendment) Order 1978, Article 4


For the entry relating to the Merchant Shipping (Dangerous Goods) Rules 1965 as amended in columns 1, 2 and 3 of Part B of Schedule 1 to the Hovercraft (Application of Enactments) Order 1972, there shall be substituted the following:—

The Merchant Shipping (Dangerous Goods) Rules 1978

For “ship” and “passenger ship” wherever those words appear, there shall be substituted “hovercraft”.
