  "text": "The Hovercraft (Application of Enactments) Order 1972 shall be amended by inserting in the columns in Part A of Schedule 1 thereto (application to hovercraft of certain enactments relating to vessels)—\n(a) after the entry relating to section 76 of the Public Health Act 1961 the following:—\n“\nThe Transport Act 1962, section 67(2)\n1962 c. 46\n—\n”;\n(b) after the entry relating to the Firearms Act 1968 the following:—\n“\nThe Transport Act 1968, Schedule 16, paragraph 4(5)\n1968 c. 73.\n—\n”.",
