  "text": "HOVERCRAFT\nLaid before Parliament in draft\nMade 19th October 1979\nComing into Operation 2nd November 1979\nAt the Court at Buckingham Palace, the 19th day of October 1979\nPresent,\nThe Queen's Most Excellent Majesty in Council\nWhereas a draft of this Order has been laid before Parliament and has been approved by a resolution of each House of Parliament in accordance with section 1(4) of the Hovercraft Act 1968:\nNow, therefore, Her Majesty, in exercise of the powers conferred upon Her by section 1(1)(h) and section 1(3)(g) of the Hovercraft Act 1968, and of all other powers enabling Her in that behalf, is pleased, by and with the advice of Her Privy Council, to order, and it is hereby ordered, as follows:—",
