  "text": "This Order amends the Hovercraft (Application of Enactments) Order 1972 by adding to Schedule 1 thereto a reference to section 67(2) of the Transport Act 1962 and to paragraph 4(5) of Schedule 16 to the Transport Act 1968, thus extending to hovercraft operated by the British Railways Board the power of that Board to make bylaws relating to ships operated by them or by their subsidiaries.",
