# The Hovercraft (Application of Enactments) (Amendment) Order 1982, Article 2


The Hovercraft (Application of Enactments) Order 1972 is hereby amended as follows:—
For the entry relating to the Merchant Shipping (Dangerous Goods) Rules 1978 in columns 1, 2 and 3 of Part B of Schedule 1, there shall be substituted:

For “ship” and “passenger ship” wherever those words appear there shall be substituted “hovercraft””
