  "text": "This Order amends the Hovercraft (Application of Enactments) Order 1972 by substituting for the entry in Schedule 1 thereto relating to the Merchant Shipping (Dangerous Goods) Rules 1978 (inserted by S.I. 1978/1913) a reference to the Merchant Shipping (Dangerous Goods) Regulations 1981; it thereby applies the 1981 Regulations to United Kingdom registered hovercraft and to all other hovercraft within United Kingdom territorial waters.",
