  "text": "HOVERCRAFT\nLaid before Parliament in draft\nMade 18th May 1983\nComing into Operation 1st June 1983\nAt the Court at Buckingham Palace the 18th day of May 1983\nPresent,\nThe Queen's Most Excellent Majesty in Council\nWhereas a draft of this Order has been laid before Parliament and has been approved by a resolution of each House of Parliament in accordance with section 1(4) of the Hovercraft Act 1968:\nNow, therefore, Her Majesty, in exercise of the powers conferred upon Her by section 1(1)(h) and (k) and by section 1(3)(g) of the Hovercraft Act 1968, and of all other powers enabling Her in that behalf, is pleased, by and with the advice of Her Privy Council, to order, and it is hereby ordered, as follows:",
