The Hovercraft (Application of Enactments) Order 1972f1 is amended as follows—

in Part B of Schedule 1 delete the entries relating to the Merchant Shipping (Distress Signals and Prevention of Collisions) Regulations 1983f2, the Mersey Channel (Collision Rules) Order 1978f3 and the River Hull (Navigation) Rules Order 1957f4.
