  "text": "HOVERCRAFT\nMade 19th December 1990\nComing into force 2nd January 1991\nAt the Court at Buckingham Palace, the 19th day of December 1990\nPresent,\nThe Queen’s Most Excellent Majesty in Council\nWhereas a draft of this Order has been laid before Parliament and has been approved by a resolution of each House of Parliament in accordance with section 1(4) of the Hovercraft Act 1968;\nNow, therefore, Her Majesty, in exercise of the powers conferred upon Her by section 1(1)(h) and (3) of the Hovercraft Act 1968, and of all other powers enabling Her in that behalf, is pleased, by and with the advice of Her Privy Council, to order, and it is hereby ordered, as follows:",
