# The Hovercraft (Application of Enactments) Order 1989, Part C: further modification of the provisions of the merchant shipping (reporting of pollution incidents) regulations 1987 applied by article 3


In regulation 3(1)c), omit the words “or Part II of the Merchant Shipping (Control of Pollution by Noxious Liquid Substances in Bulk) Regulations 1987”.
