  "text": "The Hovercraft (Application of Enactments) Order 1972 shall be amended by deleting from Part A of Schedule 2 thereto the following:\n(a) the reference to the Civil Aviation Act 1968 section 16 in column 1 and the corresponding reference in column 2 and modification in column 3; and\n(b) the reference to the Civil Aviation Act 1971 section 27 in column 1 and the corresponding reference in column 2 and modification in column 3.",
