  "text": "(This note is not part of the Order)\nThis Order amends the Hovercraft (Application of Enactments) Order 1972 by removing from Part A of Schedule 2 to that Order (enactments relating to aircraft applied to hovercraft) references to the Civil Aviation Act 1968, section 16 and the Civil Aviation Act 1971, section 27. These two sections were repealed by the Civil Aviation Act 1982 and re-enacted as sections 86 and 85 respectively of that Act.",
