  "text": "HOVERCRAFT\nMade 6th October 1972\nComing into Operation 1st November 1972\nThe Secretary of State in exercise of the powers conferred upon him by section 55 of the Civil Aviation Act 1949 as amended by section 69 and Schedule 10 of the Civil Aviation Act 1971 and as applied by Article 5 and Schedule 2 of the Hovercraft (Application of Enactments) Order 1972, and of all other powers enabling him in that behalf, hereby makes the following Regulations:—",
