# The Hovercraft (Fees) (Amendment) Regulations 1987, Introduction: Introductory text

Made 4th February 1987
Coming into force 25th February 1987
The Secretary of State for Transport, with the approval of the Treasury and in exercise of his powers under Article 35 of the Hovercraft (General) Order 1972 and of all other powers enabling him in that behalf, hereby makes the following Regulations:—
