  "text": "(This note is not part of the Regulations)\nThese Regulations amend the Hovercraft (Fees) Regulations 1985 by prescribing increased fees payable to the Secretary of State for the issue of operating permits for hovercraft, and exemptions, under the Hovercraft (General) Order 1972. The increase is of 9.64 per cent.",
