  "text": "The Hovercraft (General) Order 1972 is hereby amended as follows–\n(a) in article 18(3) the following sub-paragraph shall be added at the end–\n“(l) medical equipment to be carried.”;\n(b) in article 22 all words after “hovercraft” where it secondly appears shall be omitted; and\n(l) in article 24(2):–\n(i) in sub-paragraph (c) “or” shall be deleted;\n(ii) the following shall be added at the end–\n“or\n(e) causes any damage.”.",
