# The Hovercraft (General) (Amendment) Order 1989, Article 2


The Hovercraft (General) Order 1972 is hereby amended as follows–
(a) in article 18(3) the following sub-paragraph shall be added at the end–
“(l) medical equipment to be carried.”;
(b) in article 22 all words after “hovercraft” where it secondly appears shall be omitted; and
(l) in article 24(2):–
(i) in sub-paragraph (c) “or” shall be deleted;
(ii) the following shall be added at the end–
“or
(e) causes any damage.”.
