  "text": "HOVERCRAFT\nMade 2nd August 1989\nLaid before Parliament 10th August 1989\nComing into force 31st August 1989\nAt the Court at Buckingham Palace, the 2nd day of August 1989\nPresent,\nThe Queen’s Most Excellent Majesty in Council\nHer Majesty, in exercise of the powers conferred upon Her by section 1(1)(b) and by section 1(3) of the Hovercraft Act 1968, and of all other powers enabling Her in that behalf, is pleased, by and with the advice of Her Privy Council, to order, and it is hereby ordered, as follows:",
