# The Hovercraft (General) Order 1972, Article 27: Duty to obey captain


Every person in a hovercraft shall obey all lawful commands which the captain may give for the purpose of securing the safety of the hovercraft and of persons or property carried therein, or the safety, efficiency or regularity of navigation.
