  "heading": "The Authority's register of licences",
  "text": "(1) The Authority shall keep a register recording the grant, suspension or revocation of—\n(a) every licence under paragraph 1 or 2 of Schedule 2 authorising activities in relation to gametes or embryos intended for use for human application, ...\n(b) every licence under paragraph 1A of Schedule 2, and\n(c) every licence under paragraph 3 of Schedule 2 authorising activities in connection with the derivation from embryos of stem cells that are intended for human application.\n(2) The register shall specify, in relation to each such licence—\n(a) the activities authorised,\n(b) the address of the premises to which the licence relates,\n(c) the name of the person responsible and the name of the holder of the licence (if different), and\n(d) any variations made.\n(3) The Authority shall make such of the information included in the register as it considers appropriate available to the public in such manner as it considers appropriate.",
