  "heading": "The Human Fertilisation and Embryology Authority.",
  "text": "(1) There shall be a body corporate called the Human Fertilisation and Embryology Authority.\n(2) The Authority shall consist of—\n(a) a chairman and deputy chairman, and\n(b) such number of other members as the Secretary of State appoints.\n(3) Schedule 1 to this Act (which deals with the membership of the Authority, etc.) shall have effect.",
