  "text": "(1) Section 17 of the 1990 Act (the person responsible) is amended as follows.\n(2) In subsection (1)(c)—\n(a) for “and embryos” substitute “ , embryos and human admixed embryos ”, and\n(b) for “or embryos” substitute “ , embryos or human admixed embryos ”.\n(3) Omit subsection (3) (which defines “the nominal licensee”).",
