# The Human Medicines (Amendment etc.) (EU Exit) Regulations 2019, Regulation 82: Amendment of regulation 73 (obligation to notify placing on the market etc)

(1) Regulation 73 is amended as follows.
(2) In paragraph (5A)(c), for “third country” substitute “ country other than the United Kingdom ”.
(3) In paragraph (5C), for “UK marketing authorisation” insert “UKMA(NI) or UKMA(UK)”.
