  "text": "(1) The National Health Service (Pharmaceutical and Local Pharmaceutical Services) Regulations 2013 are amended as follows.\n(2) In paragraph 8(10) of Schedule 4 (terms of service of NHS pharmacists: providing ordered drugs or appliances), insert “ UK ” before “marketing authorisation” in both places it appears.\n(3) In paragraph 6(8) of Schedule 7 (mandatory terms for LPS schemes: providing ordered drugs or appliances), insert “ UK ” before “marketing authorisation” in both places it appears.",
