# The Human Medicines (Amendment etc.) (EU Exit) Regulations 2020, Paragraph 169

Extent: E+W+S+N.I.

In regulation 213 (amendment of regulation 281 (duties of authorisation holders and registration holders)) for paragraphs (b) and (c) substitute—
“(b) omit “or” at the end of sub-paragraph (c); and
(c) in sub-paragraph (d), after “for a medicinal product” insert—
“; or
(e) an EU marketing authorisation for a medicinal product.”.”.
