# The Human Medicines (Amendment) (No. 2) Regulations 2013, Regulation 5: Amendment of regulation 113 of the 2012 Regulations


After regulation 113(3) of the 2012 Regulations (obligation to notify placing on the market etc) insert the following paragraph—
“(3A) A notification under paragraph (3) must include the reasons for the withdrawal in accordance with article 123(2) of the 2001 Directive.”
