# The Human Medicines (Amendment) (No. 2) Regulations 2014, Regulation 18: Amendment of regulation 172


In regulation 172 (parallel import licences) for paragraph (2) substitute—
“(2) In this regulation “parallel import licence” has the same meaning as in regulation 48(2).”
