  "text": "In regulation 218 (requirements for prescriptions: EEA health professionals), for paragraph (2) substitute—\n“(2) Condition A is that—\n(a) the prescription is issued in a relevant European State except the United Kingdom; and\n(b) the prescribing EEA health professional is legally entitled to issue a prescription of that kind in the country in which the prescription is issued.”",
