  "text": "In regulation 49 (applications for the grant of UK marketing authorisations) for paragraph (1) substitute—\n“(1) The licensing authority may grant—\n(a) subject to regulation 58, a UK marketing authorisation; or\n(b) a parallel import licence,\nfor a relevant medicinal product in response to an application made in accordance with this Part.”",
