# The Human Medicines (Amendment) (No.3) Regulations 2015, Regulation 3: Amendment of regulation 8


(1) Regulation 8 (general interpretation) is amended as follows.
(2) In paragraph (2), for “18(7) and (8)” substitute “18(4) and (5)”;
(3) In paragraph (3), for “18(8)” substitute “18(5)”; and
(4) In paragraph (4), for “18(8)” substitute “18(5)”.
