  "text": "In regulation 214 (sale or supply of prescription only medicines), after paragraph (5) insert—\n“(5A) A podiatrist independent prescriber is an appropriate practitioner in relation to any prescription only medicine unless that medicinal product contains a controlled drug other than—\n(a) Dihydrocodeine: or\n(b) Temazepam.\n(5B) A physiotherapist independent prescriber is an appropriate practitioner in relation to any prescription only medicine unless that medicinal product contains a controlled drug other than—\n(a) Dihydrocodeine;\n(b) Fentanyl;\n(c) Morphine;\n(d) Oxycodone; or\n(e) Temazepam.”",
