# The Human Medicines (Amendment) Regulations 2013, Regulation 27: Amendment of regulation 223


In regulation 223 (exemptions for doctors and dentists etc), for paragraphs (3)(b)(vi) and (vii) substitute—
“(vi) a nurse independent prescriber,
(vii) a community practitioner nurse prescriber,
(viii) a podiatrist independent prescriber, or
(ix) a physiotherapist independent prescriber.”
