Regulation 8 Amendment of regulation 219

In regulation 219 (electronic prescriptions) for paragraph (4)(b) substitute—

“(b)

signed with—

(i)

an advanced electronic signature in the case of a prescription falling within paragraph (2), or

(ii)

an electronic signature in the case of a prescription falling within paragraph (3); and”.
