# The Human Medicines (Amendment) Regulations 2016, Regulation 14: Amendment of regulation 256B (person who may sell medicinal products by information society services)


In regulation 256B, in paragraph (8)(b), for “the notification from that person” substitute “that person’s entry on the list”.
