  "text": "(1) Regulation 346 is amended as follows.\n(2) In paragraph (2)—\n(a) in sub-paragraph (c)—\n(i) in paragraph (xxviiiba), after “214(5C)” insert “ and (5D)”; and\n(ii) after paragraph (xxviiiea) insert—\n“(xxviiieb) 228(2)(d)(iv),”; and\n(b) in sub-paragraph (d)—\n(i) in paragraph (iva), after “and 18” insert “to 20”; and\n(ii) in paragraph (ivaa), for “(ix)” substitute “(x)”.",
