# The Human Medicines (Amendment) Regulations 2019, Regulation 18: Amendment of Schedule 17 (exemption for sale, supply or administration by certain persons)


In Schedule 17—
(a) in the table in Part 2 (exemption from the restriction on supply of prescription only medicines), in item 4a, in the words in column 2, omit “for parenteral administration”; and
(b) in the table in Part 5 (exemptions from the restrictions in regulations 220 and 221), in item 7a, for the words in column 2 substitute “A medicinal product containing naloxone hydrochloride but no other substance that is classified as a product available only on prescription or as a product available only from a pharmacy.”.
